USACE-Navfac Requirements
Your contracting officer will go over your Accident Prevention Plan with a checklist. He'll make sure your plan covers all the requirements in your contract and EM 385-1-1 Appendix "A". If not, he will reject your plan and you may not be able to proceed until your plan passes.
