Information we need to get started:  First, email us your contract requirements (or call us at 410-451-8006) so that we can guarantee the plan you get will meet your needs. email to: Specs@FirstTimeQuality.com

Next, we'll ask you a few questions about how your company is organized e.g. do you do design work, what titles do you use for your quality personnel, etc..

Finally, you email us your company logo as well as the company name, address, and phone number the way you want it on your plan.

How long does it take?
Turn around time is usually by the evening of the next day — or sooner if needed.

Payment
Payment is by credit card. You can pay online (we'll provide a link) or give us your credit card information over the phone.

Delivery

You'll receive your template in MS Word format. We'll email it to you as an attachment (along with an instruction sheet).
